The verdict is in: we love Jane’s Carousel.

Between the detail of this carefully restored piece of industrial art and the fantastic views of lower Manhattan, DUMBO and the bridges connecting them, it’s $2 well spent. Our very own Tracey Cameron, who restored carousels in her former life, gave us a funny and informative history lesson in merry-go-rounds generally and Jane’s Carousel in particular. After the ride, we headed over to Bubby’s for a classic Brooklyn brunch.
